This is a rare 1985 BMW 628i 5 Speed Manual.

Only122 RHD 628 CSi with manual transmission were manufactured for the UK market, and it was not supplied to any other RHD market.

This car also has an Limited Slip Differential, which was an expensive option when new so probably only a small minority were so equipped, and this could well be the only LSD equipped car left on UK roads.

The first owner kept the car for 21 years from 1985 to 2006.

As the second owner, the vendor has kept it for a further 15 years from 2006 to 2021.

After some years in storage, the car was re-commissioned and re-sprayed last year, with work completed in February 2021.

Since the car was returned it has been kept in a professional storage facility and only used very occasionally.

Subsequently, this year both the clutch master cylinder and the clutch slave cylinder have been replaced with new items and new fluid.
