Elle fait partie de l'équipe usine et se présente alors en barquette aluminium 744 cm3, avec le n° de châssis 1092.
Elle abandonne à la 9e heure sur bris d'embrayage.
A la fin de l'année, elle est cédée à Jean-François Jaeger et, avec le numéro de châssis 1283, elle reçoit une nouvelle carrosserie.
En effet, le règlement des 24 Heures du Mans impose alors une hauteur minimum de 80 cm entre le siège et le sommet du pare-brise.
Un toit susceptible de s'adapter aux barquettes DB est donc réalisé, avec une forme assez particulière : le pare-brise est composé de deux grands panneaux plats en V, ce qui lui vaut son surnom de "Vitrine".
