This superb Vauxhall Velox LIP benefits from a comprehensive restoration costing no less than £33,600.
Its red leather interior retains some original patina for period charm, and the beige paintwork looks remarkably fresh.
We are told the car has been used fairly often, and the vendor drove it 30 miles to reach our premises. The restoration was carried out in 2006-7 by a specialist in Shropshire and is described in a large stack of accompanying invoices.
Our vendor bought it 7 years ago has spent around £3000 on mechanical maintenance during his ownership, on works including a new radiator, reconditioned generator, a new head gasket, and attention to the brakes which were very recently cleaned and adjusted.
