This stately 1955 Austin Princess DM4 saw use as a GOC (General Officer Commanding) military special forces staff car before being registered as a civilian vehicle in March 1978.

The odometer shows 28,728 miles and the MoT is valid until April 2026 even though, as an historic vehicle, the Princess no longer requires annual testing.

The Austin is running and driving although the vendor notes that it may need spark plug leads and carburettor adjustment while the exhaust may require some welding.
