This metallic red Dune Buggy uses the platform of a 1971 1285 cc Volkswagen Beetle, registered in July 1971.

Six registered keepers overall are noted on the V5C.

As an historic vehicle, the VW is now MoT-exempt; there's no record of the VW having had one back to 2005, when online records began.

The odometer shows 19 miles, which may well be the total since the Beetle was converted into a Buggy, although there is no paperwork to support this.

Documentation includes the V5C green slip, wiring diagrams and assorted bills from recent years.

The V5C states the vehicle is beige - presumably the colour of the original Beetle - so this will need to be amended with the DVLA.
