The first Fulvia 1.2 HF appeared in 1966, soon followed by the 1.6 HF.

The Fulvia went on to distinguish itself in the biggest international rallies, reaching the pinnacle of its success in the 1972 season, before continuing its string of victories until 1974.

In total, 3,690 units of the 1600 HF Coupé and HF Lusso were built before production of the Fulvia HF ceased in January 1973. The car on offer was first registered in France on 10 December 1971 by Mrs Madeleine Boucher, in the Gers.

She kept her Lancia for 28 years before it passed to its second owner in November 2007.
