PACKARD EIGHT GRABER

One notable story involves a Packard Eight Graber commissioned by a Swiss businessman who desired a unique vehicle that reflected his refined taste. Graber crafted a bespoke body with flowing lines, a distinctive radiator grille, and luxurious interior appointments. The car became a symbol of its owner's success and was often seen cruising the streets of Zurich.

The Packard Eight did not have a direct successor, as Packard shifted its focus to other models in the post-war era.

A lesser-known fact is that Graber kept meticulous records of each Packard chassis he bodied, including detailed sketches and specifications. These records, preserved in the Graber archives, provide valuable insights into the design and construction of these rare and elegant automobiles.
