The Muntz Jet, produced from 1951 to 1954, was an American luxury car conceived by Madman Muntz. Initially based on a design by Frank Kurtis, Muntz modified it, creating a larger, more luxurious vehicle.
The Jet featured a unique, low-slung design and was powered by a Cadillac V8 engine, later replaced by a Lincoln V8. Despite its appeal to celebrities, high production costs made it unprofitable.
There was no direct successor to the Muntz Jet.
