The Chrysler Imperial was produced from 1926 to 1993, with a brief revival in the early 2010s.

Initially, it was Chrysler's top-of-the-line model, competing with luxury cars of the era.

The Imperial name was briefly retired in the mid-1950s, becoming a separate marque from 1955 to 1975.

After 1975, it returned as a Chrysler model until its discontinuation.

There wasn't a direct successor when production ended in 1993.

Did you know that Chrysler once partnered with the fashion house, Ghia, to create a limited run of Imperial Crown Ghia limousines? These were primarily for executives and dignitaries. They featured luxurious interiors and unique styling cues.
