We are really pleased to offer this outstanding MK1 Ford Mondeo 1.6 LX 16v (90PS) These first generation Mondeo s were built starting on 23 November 1992 and officially launched to the public and went on sale in Europe on 22 March 1993 This is one the earliest known examples and has only covered a mere 21,000 miles from new.
Supplied by M53 Ford main dealers in South Wirral on 18.08.1993 to a Mr Wynne Mr Wynne ordered the car from M53 Ford in Levante Grey metallic with Opal cloth trim.
3yr additional cover resulted in a purchase price of £13,000 Mr Wynne at the time part exchanged his 1969 Ford Cortina Mk2 and was offered the handsome sum of £800 in trade.
Mr Wynne cherished the car for the first 27 years of its life and only a handful of other keepers since.
The car is complete with the following Original purchase invoice and handover check list.
