If you think of a serious '80s Porsche, then this is it: a Guards Red Convertible with the Whale Tail.



The 16’’ Fusch alloy wheels are in unmarked condition, with matching Continental tyres all round.

The car looks fantastic in Guards Red paint: all door shuts and panel gaps are even.

It's now a 43 year old car, so there are some areas of minor stone chips and a small area of damage under the rear bumper on the driver’s side as photographed.

The paint appears even across all panels.

Since being in storage over the winter, some minor bubbling has developed on both doors between the door mirrors and handles.

I have tried to capture this in the photographs, but it doesn’t show up very well.

The reserve is set accordingly.

All the Glass is in good condition, with no cracks or chips, and the rear plastic screen is clear with no milking.



A new roof was fitted in 2012, along with cables and elastics.

The trim is in very good condition for the age of the car.
