The 'Carrera 3' has a very special place in history for the Porsche 911, bringing together elements from Porsche's most legendary cars.
The Carrera 3 2993CC engine used the same die-cast aluminium crank-case as it’s 930 Turbo cousin.
The model was built between ’76-’77, and slotted in between the standard 911 and the 930 turbo.
During its short life span, ~3687 cars were built, with only ~1123 of these being Targas.
This 911 Carrera 3.0 Targa is coming to market from a whopping ~18 years of ownership with Peter.
It comes with a great amount of history that details the upkeep and maintenance of the mechanical aspects of this sporting semi-convertible since new.
Presented in an attractive Grand Prix White over black pinstripe colourway the car turns heads at every Independent Porsche Enthusiasts Club meet.
