Condition

6

The car is described as being in 'good, useable condition' with a new MOT, suggesting it's roadworthy and has been maintained to some degree. However, being 'useable' implies it's not in pristine or near-perfect condition, and some wear and tear are likely present. Therefore, a rating of 6 ('Good') seems appropriate, as it acknowledges the car's usability while also recognizing that it may have moderate wear requiring some reconditioning.
