Only 1,672 BMW 2002 Turbos were built, and we believe there are fewer than 10 on the UK roads today.
We met Nick in Scotland, where he told us a few of the many memories he has created in this car over the 30 years he has owned it! Nick's 2002 is a lovely car.
It would be an ideal candidate for light restoration, having been sat in storage for some time and a daily driver before that.
It has had the ignition system and intercooler improved upon subtly to make it reliable enough to drive on a daily basis (if desired!) without compromising its original feel.
