This charming 1953 Austin A30 AS3 has been in the Vendor’s ownership since 1983, representing more than four decades of long-term custodianship.

An early-production example, believed to be approximately number 12,500 of 29,999 AS3 models produced, it displays the distinctive features associated with these early cars, including the Austin wings above the radiator grille, circular speedometer and cantilever-style boot lid.

The Vendor advises that the car underwent a comprehensive restoration around 25 years ago, including an engine rebuild, retrim and respray, with two new-old-stock front wings also fitted.

Following completion, it was kept in a dry garage and has covered very little mileage since.
