AI Listing Summary
This is a meticulously restored 1989 BMW M3 Group A race car, chassis number M3 1165, with a rich BTCC history and FIA certification, making it a remarkable and very competitive race car. Freshly rebuilt and maintained, it's primed for vintage touring car events.

Condition
8
Given the car's history as a race car, complete restoration to FIA Group A regulations, recent mechanical work (new dampers, rebuilt gearbox/diff), and maintenance by JC Motorsport, it is in excellent mechanical condition. The car has current FIA HTP papers valid until 2027, indicating it meets safety and regulatory standards. It has recent race success (2015-19) and is described as "100% race-ready and ready to win again." Cosmetically, it has been returned to its original BTCC color scheme. There is no mention of significant cosmetic flaws in the description.
