The Gen 1 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S (955) is finally receiving the recognition it has long deserved and is a proper statement of early-2000s Porsche engineering excess.
SB are delighted to present this superb, low-ownership example finished in the striking and rarely seen Metallic Marine Blue, a colour reserved exclusively for the Turbo S.
Costing significantly more than the standard Turbo when new, the 955 Turbo S was produced for one model year only: 2006.
According to Rennlist data, approximately 1,500 examples were built worldwide, with fewer than 300 supplied to the UK.
Today, these range-topping cars surface only occasionally, making good examples increasingly hard to find.
The Turbo S received meaningful upgrades over the already formidable Turbo.
Larger 380mm front brakes, revised intercoolers, air suspension enhancements and throttle body upgrades all featured, alongside a substantial power increase to 514bhp and 530lb/ft of torque - up from 444bhp in the Turbo.
