In its two year production run, a mere 462 two-door saloon versions were made, all coachbuilt by Tickford Ltd.
It was fitted with a 2.9-litre engine delivering 162 bhp which made a top speed of 120 mph possible.
Initially fitted with drum brakes all around, the later versions were fitted with front disc brakes.
Being the last of the DB2/4 series made, these are considered the best driving of them all.This Aston Martin DB2/4 Mark III was delivered new in July 1958 to The Associated Portland Cement Manufacturers Ltd.

The car was finished in Cardinal Grey with a Red Connolly leather interior.
