AI Listing Summary

This is a unique 1953 Mercedes-Benz 300 S Roadster, a 'restomod' that combines classic aesthetics with modern engineering. It features an original 300 S body and chassis, but has been upgraded with a modern Mercedes-Benz M104 engine and five-speed transmission, making it a capable tour and rally car.

Condition

7

While the car maintains its classic 1953 Mercedes-Benz 300 S appearance, it has been significantly modified with a modern Mercedes-Benz M104 engine, five-speed transmission, and power-assisted front disc brakes. The interior retains a 'stock' look, but modern air conditioning has been integrated. Given these modifications and the car's history of use in events like the Holy Land 1000, it suggests that while well-maintained and in excellent overall condition, some aspects may reflect wear from use and the integration of modern components.

As on an original 300 S, there is even a small rear seat, accommodating either chi...
