Unveiled by Alpina in 2012, the B3 GT3 was built to commemorate the Alpina B6 GT3’s class victory in the 2011 ADAC GT Masters Championship.

Limited to just 99 units, the B3 GT3 combines elements of the B6 GT3, alongside the traditional Alpina engineering often lavished on BMW road cars.

Equipped with a 3.0-litre straight-six, the B3 GT3 was fitted with a specially designed Akrapovič exhaust system that boosted power output to 408 horsepower.

Riding on specially forged 19-inch alloy wheels, the B3 GT3 accelerated to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds, and had a top speed of 300 km/h.

It featured innovative camber-adjustable coilover suspension, as well as a front splitter and rear wing derived from the B6 GT3.
