AI Listing Summary
This 1956 Porsche 356 A 1600 Super Speedster by Reutter, offered from the Terence E. Adderley Collection, sold for $307,500 USD in Monterey, California. The car underwent a beautiful restoration in the early 2000s, with a color change to black with a rich dark red interior. While the engine was replaced in period, it has been re-stamped to match the numbers of the original-delivery engine and is of the correct displacement. The car is well-maintained and has a superb, purposeful appearance with sport exhaust, nerf bar bumpers, and correct Super hubcaps. Overall, the car presents wonderfully and would likely only need very minor reconditioning to be in excellent condition.
