The Bizzarrini GT Strada 5300, chassis number 0248, presents well, having been restored between 2008 and 2010 by Hans Wittenzellner, who had experience working on Iso Rivoltas and Bizzarrinis. The restoration thoughtfully retained the patina of original instruments, glass, door handles, and wheels, with underlying structure and panels restored to a better-than-new condition. Although the original engine was replaced with a 350-horsepower Chevrolet V-8 and fitted with an Edelbrock carburettor, the original manifold is retained with the car, and it is also accompanied by historic photos and a FIVA Identity Card, category D/4, and is eligible for all sanctioned events.
