The F-code engine elevated the performance of a standard Thunderbird from a reasonably quick cruiser to a dedicated quarter mile contender; it was just the thing to take on unsuspecting Corvettes accustomed to trouncing Thunderbirds at streetlights all over town.

The 1957 F-Bird presented here was fastidiously restored by marque expert Mel Price as his personal concours car.
