We are lead to believe that the car was the subject of carefully planned and developed rebuild that took place in the early 80 s to a specification that is remarkably close to that of an original Cooper S.
The rebuild, which incorporated many genuine Cooper S components and we would highly recommend that you take the opportunity to inspect the car to understand how well it has been done.
The Tartan Red and Black roof finish now on the car was undertaken around 2016 when the car changed hands and was purchased by the owner of a a Mini Specialist in North Somerset.
Under Ian s ownership the car, which was White with a Black, was the subject of some extensive additional work and developed to be this car characterful and excitement replica of the icon...
