Entering production on 27th July 2000 and completed 46 days later 11th September-the factory would have been closed for the August holidays.

Finished in metallic silver grey (Argento N rburgring) with dark blue hide (Scuro) to include the upper dashboard and steering wheel with Daytona pattern seat inserts, aluminium grey brake callipers and a battery charger-no longer with the car.

The Certificate of Conformity -essential and expensive should the car ever be exported-was issued on 13th September 2000.

Upon completion the car was transported to Ferrari UK in Surrey -one of 139 cars officially to do so, with 99 remaining taxed or SORN d and just 21 silver grey examples- and in turn to Maranello Sales in Egham where it was first registered **** ** to 62-year-old consultant Mr P L of Surrey on 19th April 2001 and the start of Ferrari s two-year warranty.
