Manufactured in the final quarter of 1978, order number 457 was finished in Deep Metallic Blue (Dino Blu Metallizzato 106-A-72) with full blue hide (Nuvola VM 3015) and matching blue carpets.

Upon completion, the car was delivered to Maranello Concessionaires of Egham, Surrey one of 547 officially imported examples, of which 255 remain taxed or SORN and just 45 are finished in a shade of blue.

It was subsequently supplied to the Scottish Ferrari agents, Ritchies of Glasgow, and first registered on 29 January 1979 to Mr R.T.

of Renfrewshire.

In addition to the list price of £13,499.46 plus delivery charges, number plates and road tax, the car was specified with air conditioning (£600.21), metallic paint (£280.80), 7.5 wide wheels (£280.80) and a full leather interior (£468.00).
