Produced at the height of the golden age of the American automobile, the Overland Type 69 R embodies the quintessence of early 20th-century industrial know-how.

Positioned as a serious rival to the Ford Model T, the Type 69 R benefited from an innovative design for its time and remarkable mechanical reliability, assets that contributed to the rapid success of the Willys-Overland brand.
Equipped with a 3,316 cm³ in-line 4-cylinder engine developing around 30 horsepower, the Type 69 R is fitted with a 3-speed manual gearbox and shaft drive, a modern configuration compared to the chain drives still common at the time.

Its lightweight wood-and-steel structure, combined with semi-elliptical spring suspension, ensures a smooth ride, even on rough surfaces.
The model presented here is entirely original.
