The Willys Jeep needs no introduction.

It remains the most emblematic vehicle of the Second World War, the myth and symbol of liberation.

The Americans arrived with it, won and we received it as a gift.

Hotchkiss manufactured a series of around 27,000 examples under license at its Stains plant until 1966, under the name M201.

It remained in the French army until the late 1990s.
The example for sale is one of these "Jeeps" manufactured by Hotchkiss under the M201 type for the French army.

It will need to be completely restored before it can take to the road again.
