1964 Alfa Romeo Giulia 1600 Sprint Speciale French registration Chassis n°380585 - In the hands of its current owner for over 30 years - French by birth - Haute Couture by Bertone Judging the Sprint's design to be too heavy, Bertone planned a more aerodynamic version in small production runs, to help the Giulietta gain a few precious kph.

The "Sprint Spéciale" series appeared in 1959 and remained in the brand's catalog for 7 years.

Produced in Giulietta (1300) and Giulia (1600) versions, 1,366 examples were built, the 1600 being the rarest and most sought after, with only 114 models produced.

This car was delivered new to France and registered in January 1964.
