In 1938, the Delage factory exported chassis #51381, a D6 70, to the UK.

Few cars were exported to Great Britain, a country where national preference played an important role.

Delivered to the Coach Craft workshops in London, it was bodied as a two-door, five-seat cabriolet, based on a Henri Chapron design.
The current owner acquired the car from a London dealer in 1985, but it was found to be in poor condition.

It was decided to send it directly to André Lecoq.

The mechanics were sent to Meca Précis.

During the restoration, the car was reconfigured as a 3.0 Olympic.

The engine was re-bored to three liters, fitted with three Solex 40 carburetors, and the axle ratio was lengthened.
For the bodywork, a striking green hue is chosen.

Matching upholstery and soft top complete the package.
