L’Ami 6 appelé populairement 3cv à été produite de 1961 à 1969.
L’Ami 8 prendra le relais jusqu’en 1978.
L’objectif était de présenter à la clientèle un compromis entre la DS et la 2CV.
Les Ami 6 furent construites dans l’usine de Rennes la Janais et aussi en Belgique à Forest.
La cylindrée passe de 425 à 602cm3 pour rester dans la limite des 3cv fiscaux.
Avec ses 22 ch elle peut rouler a 120 km/h.
Pour l’Espagne elle s’appellera DYNAM.
Cette belle Ami 6 a été restaurée avec grand soin par un concessionnaire de la marque il y a 4 ans.
Elle a bénéficié d’un démontage complet. La mécanique révisée est en parfait état de fonctionnement.
La carrosserie a retrouvé sa robe blanche carrare d’origine.
Le châssis en bon état a été conservé comme la superbe sellerie en tissu rouge. La voiture a déjà fait l’objet d’un reportage dans le magazine AUTO PLUS CLASSIC en 2012.
