1938SimCA 5 Châssis n° 25686 Carte grise française La Simca cinq (Fiat 500 Topolino A) est une petite automobile populaire biplace «à moins de 10 000 francs» (9 900 francs), conçue par les ingénieurs de Fiat à Turin avant la Seconde Guerre mondiale.
Elle est présentée la première fois à Nanterre dans la première usine Simca, le 10 mars 1936, trois mois avant la version italienne et produite à 46 472 exemplaires.
La direction de Simca explique alors: «Nous sommes en avance sur les désirs exprimés de l'autre côté du Rhin», en faisant allusion à la future «Coccinelle» allemande de Volkswagen qui sortira seulement en 1938.
Notre modèle est à restaurer et se présente dans son état d'origine.
Elle n'a jamais été démontée.
