Restored by marque specialists Peter Iversen to concours condition Chassis 112748 was registered new to its first owner, a resident of Eschwege, Germany on the 8th of February 1963 via Porsche Zenturm Fulda.

The original specification was Ivory over a red interior, the same colour combination in which it is presented in today as per the Kardex.

It was optioned with headrests and a Blaupunkt Berlin radio with two speakers and antenna.

While the early history is not documented, the car was later acquired by Peter Iversen whose company Peter Iversen Specialvrksted is one of the leading specialized restoration businesses of Porsche 356s in Europe, with noted award winning restorations on 356 Carreras.
