Motodrome offer this lovely Rover P6, a rare 1970 Series 1 3500, finished in the oh so period 1970 s scheme of Tobacco Leaf with mid tan leather trim. enquire finance calculator FAQ s re finance, insurance, PX etc Known when new as the Rover Three Thousand Five, all were supplied with automatic transmission, and were Rover s first attempt at shoehorning their fabulous V8 into the P6 bodyshell.
They were only made for 2 years before the facelifted Series II came into production, and are consequently the rarest of all UK production spec P6 variants, and rather desirable because of that.
They also enjoy the unadorned bodywork and strip speedo that was lost with the introduction of the Series II, which is rather more fussy, at least externally.
All P6 s, with their high level of engineering, are supremely useable for a classic in modern traffic.
The odometer reads just 47000 miles.
