The vehicle underwent an extensive and authentic nut-and-bolt restoration, with a comprehensive photo archive and receipts documenting the work. It has been awarded 'City Manager's Choice' at a car show, indicating a high level of presentation and quality post-restoration. While it served as a working plow truck for 45 years, the restoration negates most of the impact of that history on its current condition rating.
