The Hillman was supplied new to Mr T Elvis, who worked at the Hillman works
The car was given the registration mark 'CWK' which became commonly known as the Coventry Works identification
He used it until 1998, when it came to Reading, under the ownership of Mr Ballard
It was later purchased by Mr C keep who ran it until his death in 2009
Colin kept it going through MOT's with new and second hand parts
I purchased it and lots of spares, from the estate in 2010, being in a sad state, having spent time "out of doors"
