The car has been resprayed black and the engine rebuilt, suggesting recent significant work. However, it has had 17 previous owners and is being sold 'as seen,' which implies potential underlying issues or wear not immediately apparent. While it's a 1973 model with a rebuilt engine, the history of ownership and 'as seen' sale suggest it falls into the 'Good' category, requiring some reconditioning.
