The car has a low mileage with supporting paperwork and recent maintenance (new battery, carbs cleaned). The vendor, at 83 years old, has driven it minimally, suggesting it has been well-preserved. The automatic gearbox is reported to work well. While not explicitly stated as 'pristine', the description points to excellent mechanical and good overall condition with minimal signs of wear for its age.
