The vehicle is described as 'Rustproofed from new' and 'always garaged', suggesting good care. However, it has been converted into a 'Wurst Wagon' and 'mobile barbeque', implying modifications and potential wear associated with its use. The MOT expiry date of 07/07/2027 indicates it is currently roadworthy and has passed recent inspections. Without specific details on wear and tear from the conversion and usage, a 'Very Good' rating seems appropriate, acknowledging its protected history but also its functional modification.
