Condition

7

The car is described as 'very tidy and presentable' with a 'solid' body and underside, and has had four new tires. While it presents 'very well,' the description implies it is a used classic car, suggesting it's not in pristine condition but rather in a very good, well-maintained state for its age. No significant flaws are mentioned that would place it lower than Very Good.

Here have a very tidy and presentable Wolseley 1500 saloon finished in grey over blue with a very pleasant interior.

It has been the pride of our vendor, but the time has come to let it go to pastures new to someone who will care for it as it deserves.

The vendor tells us that the body and underside are very solid, and it has just enjoyed four new tyres, which shows the care and attention it has received.

The paperwork is rather good with a letter from the BMIHT confirming its identity and that it was UK supplied, manufactured in 1959 and registered to its first owner in January 1960.

The paperwork carries on with copies of adverts of the time, a copy of a picture of where it came from when new, some old MOTs, the original buff logbook, a collection of invoices and receipts, and even an owner’s manual.

All nice things to have in your collection.

These little bits of British motoring history are getting rare these days and need to be kept on the road for all to see and enjoy.
