Here we have a great looking 1980 Volkswagen Scirocco, and what’s really nice is that it remains in standard appearance true to its original specification.

From what we can see with the help of howmanyleft.co.uk, there are only 49 Scirocco GLS examples left on the road in the UK at the moment, and only six have the original factory Automatic Gearbox.

That makes this a very rare example.

We think that the fact this one is in Indiana Red with complimentary Red Cloth interior could make this make this an extremely rare example indeed.

This Scirocco comes from a VW period when you can feel the quality of the metal used for the panels, the doors close with a resounding clunk not found on most new cars these days.
