The Sunbeam Alpine is an elegant little roadster that has spent most of its life pitched against the MGB both on the road and racetracks around the world.
The two can still regularly be seen in competition in classic racing series to this day.
This particular Alpine strikes a pose in Red with Silver stripes.
Bought from the current owners’ brother in 1986, it was a retirement project and as retirement time came around, refurbishment work started in 2017.
He has carried out work to get to its current condition including a full shell respray in 2017.
Additional work included a new period correct 1725cc engine.
The Sunbeam has a hardtop fitted.
It isn’t perfect, but it does represent a great opportunity for someone to continue the work to get this little British beauty in tip-top condition.
