We are very pleased to bring to market this very pretty Mercedes-Benz 230 SL ‘Pagoda’ automatic, finished in white with a blue hard top, and blue seats and carpets - a lovely traditional combination.

The Benz started life on 12 th April 1965 from the Mercedes dealer in Point Piper, New South Wales, Australia and was sold to a Mrs Dare.

This is confirmed by its original book pack, which includes manuals and relevant paperwork along with the original folder, how good is that? The service book is in great condition and has lots of details including no less than 33 stamps (amazing).

This is backed up with some later invoices and receipts showing work carried out to keep it as you see it today.

The SL also comes with its spare key and a V5 showing it was registered in the UK on 1/7/2025 to the same owner it had in Australia.

The vendor lived in Australia for many years and had enjoyed the Pagoda there, but has since returned to the UK and brought it back with him.
