The car starts, runs, drives, and stops, indicating it is mechanically functional. However, the description explicitly states that 'cosmetic and bodywork attention is now required to return it to its former glory' and mentions a 'potential power steering fluid leak'. While it has received recent mechanical expenditure, the need for cosmetic and bodywork attention, along with a potential fluid leak, places it in the 'Good' category, requiring some reconditioning.
