Presented in Tartan red with red interior, this Austin Mini 850 is a mid-60s Mk1 Deluxe version and as such benefits from the requisite Deluxe features including bumper corner bars, upgraded trim, additional instrumentation, full wheel chrome wheel embellishers and piano hinged rear opening windows.
The Mini, known as ‘Tivvy’ to the family, has a wonderful back story in that it was bought by the wife of the first owner as a wedding present in 1965 from a dealer in Liverpool.
It was used on a regular basis through to the time of his passing, at which point the Mini passed to his son Andrew.
