The TT Quattro Sport is a true collector car and being in what appears to be in original specification, this particular example is the one to have.
Launched to celebrate the 25 year anniversary of the first Quattro launch, the TT Quattro Sport models were built by Quattro GmbH at the RS production line in Germany, rather than in Hungary where standard TTs were built.
Under the bonnet sits a 1.8-litre turbocharged inline-four engine, delivering 237 bhp when new, and 236 lb-ft of torque - figures not to be sniffed at even today.
The additional power was complemented by a weight reduction of 75kgs - achieved by removing the spare wheel, rear harmonic damper, parcel shelf, and rear seats - and relocating the battery into the boot.
It boasted an impressive sub 6 second 0 - 60 time when new, and an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph.
