Condition

The car is described as a project that would benefit from recommissioning. It has a water leak, the clutch is on/off, and the paint could be improved. The brightwork has pitting on the tail lamp surrounds and bonnet strip. These factors indicate noticeable cosmetic and mechanical wear, but it is still in original condition.
