Description
Imported from Austria into the UK in 2017 and in the ownership of the present keeper since then, this Cortina is a super tribute to the GT variation.
As an import, it is of course LHD, although don’t let that put you off! The exterior paintwork is super - not surprising given the fact that it benefitted from a documented £6,000 respray back in 2020.
The white paintwork is even and shiny, and complements the exterior chromework really well.
The panel gaps are particularly good.
The owner tells us he has recently fitted matching Blockley tyres all round on the banded 13” steel wheels at a cost of £600.
The interior is a little more patinated with extra gauges, dials, and switches added for that GT / rally look.
In addition to the black leatherette seating and door cards, a requisite wooden steering wheel and gear knob are fitted and it also features a period radio / tape player.
We don’t have a lot of documentation with the Cortina - other than the V5 showing it having 0 previous ...
