This very rare Alfasud is one of the best we have seen, finished in a lovely shade of dark blue with beige velour trim and black carpets and complete with yellow headlights.

A stunning combination! Having had a full bare shell rebuild, the engine is less than 2,000 miles old and the rest of the car has only been driven 3,000 miles on top of that.

Anyone who is into classic cars will know that very few Alfasuds survived due to their infamous propensity to dissolve in the presence of the merest dampness in the atmosphere.

This example has become even rarer and desirable due to this fact.

Unless one of these beauties has had a total bare shell rebuild, it will harbour corrosion even if it has lovely shiny paint.

However, this one has benefitted from a bare shell restoration and has not been on a damp road since that time.
