Introduced in 1996, the Citroen Saxo was based on Peugeot’s 106 and has since developed the same cult following and collectability as it shared the same virtues, which are handling, performance, 0-60 in 9 seconds, a claimed top speed of 120 mph, and strong packaging and build quality.

All in all, a great little pocket rocket.

Here we have a very clean example of this up and coming classic, that are becoming increasingly sought after as numbers continue to reduce.

The Saxo is still in original condition including its sunroof and is finished in maybe the best colour of two tone silver and grey with a standard interior, which is in lovely, unmolested condition.

It presents very nicely.

The history and paperwork is equally as impressive, with a small collection of receipts and invoices and a selection of older MOTs which back up the low mileage showing.

It also has the original book pack and service book with a number of stamps showing, and the welcome letter from Citroen to the orig...
